    Avanti’s residential awning  is a popular window choice when ventilation is required. The awning sash is open and closed using a winder and can be set open at different positions. The awning winder can also be operated both manually and remotely.

    Avanti supplies the Vantage 514 series framed double-hung that features two moving panes glass which can opened to provide ventilation. You can choose to either open the top pane or bottom pane of glass. This is ideal for working areas close to the window where direct airflow is undesirable (e.g. The office desk). The user can simply open the top pane while leaving the bottom closed (no papers blowing away!).

    Product Description

    Louvre windows have adjustable glass blades which allow the user to control the flow of air by changing the pitch of the blade.

    The louvre window allows the greatest flow of air of any window when fully open. Large windows have the ability to have some blades closed while leaving others open.

    Both sides of the glass can be cleaned from the inside for easy maintenance.

    The louvre blades come in 102mm and 152mm wide styles.

    Product Description

    CentreGlaze is the most common type of framing and places the glass panel central to the frame. FrontGlaze places the glass panel to the front side of the frame. This produces a “flush-line” appearance as the glass panel and window framing are aligned. This also has the benefit of increasing the internal area of a building, which is particularly important when rentable floor area is determined.
